General Manager
Maged is the owner and founder of Love And Care Disability Services, bringing decades of experience and a genuine commitment to supporting people living with mental and physical disabilities.
Driven by a strong passion for improving the lives of people with disability, Maged established Love And Care Disability Services with the vision of creating a supportive organisation and team dedicated to helping participants live fulfilling, meaningful, and ordinary lives within their communities.
Maged encourages his team to think creatively and explore innovative solutions when faced with challenges. He believes that every participant is unique and that support should be tailored to their individual needs, goals, abilities, and aspirations.
Through his leadership, Maged strives to build a team that goes beyond providing support—one that genuinely cares, listens, problem-solves, and continuously looks for ways to make a positive difference in the lives of the people they support.
Charles Ekeueme
Accommodations Supervisor
Charles joined Love and Care with extensive experience supporting people living with mental and intellectual disabilities. He is passionate about making a positive and meaningful social impact, ensuring that each client receives the support, encouragement and opportunities they need to build confidence and develop their skills both within the home and out in the community.
Charles leads our Accommodation Team and plays an important role in overseeing our Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodations. He is committed to creating safe, supportive and empowering environments where clients can achieve greater independence, participate in their community and work towards their individual goals.
Kirby Brereton
Lugarno House Team Leader
Kirby joined the Love and Care Team with six years of experience as a Team Leader and Support Worker, supporting people living with mental health challenges. Kirby is passionate about empowering participants to achieve their goals, build confidence, and develop their independence, life skills, and social skills.
With a strong focus on person-centred support, Kirby is committed to creating a positive and inclusive environment where participants feel valued, respected, and supported to reach their full potential.
Kirby leads the Lugarno Accommodation Team, an active co-ed house, where Kirby provides leadership, guidance, and ongoing support to both participants and staff.
Vinod Mathai
Penshurst House Team Leader
Vinod brings extensive management experience to Love and Care, along with a strong background in supporting people with mental and intellectual disabilities. He is committed to maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring that clients receive person-centred support that promotes their independence, confidence and personal development.
Vinod is passionate about creating a supportive and respectful environment where clients are encouraged to build their skills, participate in the community and achieve their individual goals.
Vinod currently leads our Penshurst Accommodation Team, where he provides leadership, guidance and support to both staff and clients, helping to maintain a high standard of care and service delivery.
Maureen Magno
Mortdale House Senior Support Worker
Maureen brings a genuine passion and commitment to her role as a Team Leader, where she manages the complex needs of a female-only accommodation. With extensive experience across both the Disability and Aged Care sectors, Maureen has developed strong leadership, communication and care skills that enable her to provide high-quality support to participants.

Maureen is known for her positive personality, enthusiasm and compassionate approach. She is committed to promoting independence, dignity, health and wellbeing, while ensuring each participant feels respected, valued and supported. Maureen leads the Mortdale Accommodation Team with energy and dedication, fostering a positive, supportive and inclusive environment for both participants and staff.
