Maged is the owner and founder of Love And Care Disability Services, having decades of experience helping people with Mental and Physical disorders.
He has a strong love and passion for enhancing the lives of people with a disability and had created a company and team that do just that by assisting people to live ordinary lives.
Maged encourages his team to think creatively to come up with innovative solutions to solve challenges and to make our participants lives better
Charles Ekeueme
Accommodations Supervisor
Charles' came to Love and Care with extensive level of experience with people with Mental and Intellectual disabilities. Charles stives to bring a progressive social impact to ensure our clients are supported and are able to develop their skills in and out of the community.

Charles leads our Accommodation Team and looks after our SIL accommodations.
Karyna Labuzava
Day Program and Community Manager
Karyna is responsible for leading discovery and innovation through human-centered design, and ensuring our community and day program clients are creating moments that matter through customer experience for people with a disability. Karyna has broad experience assisting people with intellectual, mental and physical disabilities.
Alana Cummings
Mortdale House Team Leader
Alana brings a passion to her work as a team leader managing a complex Female only house.. Alana's positive personality and enthusiasm for caring for people with Disabilities, is demonstrated by promoting independence, health and wellbeing in all our participants

Vinod Mathai
Penshurst House Team Leader
Vinod came to Love and Care with extensive level of management experience and experience with with people with Mental and Intellectual disabilities. Vinod stives to bring an high level of professionalism to ensure ensure our clients are supported and are able to develop their skills in and out of the community.

Kirby Brereton
Lugarno House Team Leader
Kirby joined the Love and Care Team with 6 years experience working as a Team Leader and Support worker with people affected by Mental Health disorders. Kirby's passion is to see the participants succeed and to develop their life and social skills

Kirby leads our Lugarno Accommodations Team, which is an active Co-Ed House.
